Our second annual One mile fun walk was a huge success! With beautiful weather, wonderful volunteers along the way, special drinks and gifts at the end and of course music to "jam" to, how could it not be a great day! Check out our journey!
1. We began with a huge all school assembly where we watched a video about being healthy and staying fit!
2. Then we had to get all stretched out and warmed up!
3. Next we headed out to the starting "line"
4. Then we took a nice trip through the woods right behind the school! It was great because just yesterday the kids asked of we could go see the woods!
5. Then the real work began! Check out walking adventure pictures from each quarter Mile!
6. We didn't just walk through the finish... We danced! I am so proud of everyone and happy to have these wonderfully fun children in my classroom!
